Giving infrastructure

    Generosity without the friction

Givelayer gives every charity one place to be found, understood and supported, so the moment someone wants to help becomes a gift, not a form.

Free to start · No card required · Open to charities worldwide

    1. Discover

One short link and a giving profile that opens anywhere: a bio, a bulletin, a poster on a table.

    2. Trust

A verified organisation, a stated mission, and a compliant tax receipt that arrives on its own.

    3. Give

One tap. No account, no redirect, no form that loses people halfway through.

The Givelayer dashboard for a live account: donations today, this month and total raised, a donation trend chart, receipt health at 91 percent, and a table of recent donations.

    What friction costs

A donation loses something on the way.

You are not short of commitment. You are short of hours, and fundraising still runs on tools built for e-commerce. The gap between what a donor gives and what a charity receives is where generosity quietly leaks out, and every point of it is subtracted from somebody.

Every figure below is subtracted from someone.
    • 4.5%

      Taken before the gift arrives

The blended platform and processing cut on a typical donation platform.

      A caseworker’s salary for a month.

    • 68%

      Donors who start, then stop

They decide to give, open the form, and abandon it, not because they stopped caring, but because the checkout got in the way.

Someone wanted to help. The experience got in the way.

    • 14 hrs

      Spent on receipts each month

Time a small team burns issuing tax receipts by hand, reconciling spreadsheets, and answering requests to resend them.

Time that should have gone to the work.

    The product

    Three things, done properly.

Not a suite. Not a CRM you will never finish configuring. The page, the link, and the receipt: the parts of fundraising that decide whether a gift arrives.

    01The page

A giving profile donors actually finish.

Your logo, your colours, your mission, your suggested amounts, plus your own links for annual reports, volunteering, or your website. Built in about two minutes, with no code and no design work.

    • Four templates: Classic, Modern, Bold, Minimal
    • One-off, monthly, or in memory of someone
    • Loads fast on the phone your donor is actually holding
A Givelayer giving profile on a phone: cover photo, charity name with a verified badge, mission statement, amount raised, custom links, and a donate button.
    02The link

One link. Everywhere you already are.

A short gvy.to address and a matching QR code, generated the moment you sign up. The same link works in a bio, a bulletin, a mailout, or on a poster taped to a table at a fundraiser.

    • Printable QR code, download-ready at high resolution
    • Embed the same checkout on a site you already have
    • Every scan and click attributed in your dashboard
The Givelayer payment screen on a phone, where a donor chooses an amount and confirms their gift.
    03The receipt

The receipt is sent before they close the tab.

A donation clears and a compliant IRS tax receipt goes out automatically. No month-end spreadsheet, and a full audit trail when your board asks. Canada (CRA) coming soon.

    • Issued on confirmation, not at year end
    • Branded to your organisation, archived in your dashboard
    • United Kingdom and Australia in the next release

    Pricing

The whole gift. Not what’s left of it.

Every dollar lost to fees is a dollar that doesn’t reach the people you serve. Donors are offered an optional, clearly-labelled tip that funds Givelayer. When they take it, your platform fee is zero. When they don’t, it is 2%. There is no subscription either way.

    $100,000

    A typical platform (4.5%)
    $7,862
    Givelayer, tipped
    $3,362

Estimate only. Assumes an average gift of $65 and standard card processing on both sides; your own rates may differ.

    Stays with your mission

    $4,500

    every year

Roughly 1,500 meals, or the programme hours, or the shifts, that the difference pays for.

Illustrative only, at an assumed $3 per meal. Your own programme costs are the ones that matter.

    • PCI-DSS Level 1

    Who this is for

The percentage is an abstraction. The people are not.

Every point of fee, every abandoned checkout, and every hour lost to paperwork is subtracted from somewhere specific. Givelayer is built for the organisations on the other side of that subtraction.
